Decide whether the following statement makes sense (or isclearly true) or does not make sense (or isclearly false). Explain your reasoning.
I carry a large credit card balance, and I had a creditcard that charged an annual interest rate of 12%. So when Ifound another credit card that promised a 3% interest ratefor the first 3 months, it was obvious that I should switchto this new card.
