Suppose there are 20 students in a small parochial school for a certain religious community during the 2010-2011 academic year. There was an outbreak of infectious mononucleosis at the school that year. Each student who had mononucleosis at some point between 12/1/2010 and 6/30/2011 is represented by a row in the table below and adjacent portions of the row containing x's represent that student's episode of mononucleosis during the months indicated. The two cases in December 2010 were existing cases, not new ones. Use the following table for questions 3 through 5.
