4. Sound generated from a sonic source is found to follow the function f(x,y)=√√x² + y². a) A microphone is placed at the point (3,4). What direction will the microphone detect the most rapid increase in the sound? b) Determine f(x,y) at the point (3,4) then use this finding to draw the contour f(x,y)=√x² + y² that passes through the point (3,4) c) Graphically confirm that the direction that you found from (a) is in fact perpendicular to the contour you constructed in (b)
