The matter goes to trial at the Workers Compensation Appeals Board, and the Judge determines the unlicensed contractor has combined $300,000.00 in medical costs, temporary disability, and permanent disability. What amount if any is the homeowner responsible for? Nothing only the medical costs only the disability payments $300,000.00
