Morgan has recently been hired as a full-time developer fora brand new technology start-up. He works on a very small team. Hisfirst task is to finalise the code submitted for the company's newwebsite. He receives a very basic stylesheet for the web page. Hefeels that the stylesheet needs a lot of work and realises he has askill gap between the demands of the work to be done and hisabilities.
