Customers may book with a maximum of two cars under one reservation. Each reservation will be issued with a reservation ID. These reservations can be categorized as transient rental (short term) or long-term rental (monthly or yearly basis). Casual customers must pay a deposit for an estimated time of rental. • One staff will be in-charge on every reservation but he or she can also be in-charged of many reservations in a day. Therefore staff ID, name and contact number need to be recorded for each reservation being made. • Customer personal details such as name, address, telephone number, driving license and IC number are kept in the database. Every customer may need to purchase a travel insurance. Insurance details include policy number, insured name, age, country of residence, postal address, start date and end date. • All cars repair and maintenance are done based on schedule. The data on maintenance that need to be kept includes maintenance number, maintenance type and maintenance description.
