H-3 (known as tritium) is radioactive and everywhere normal H is, just in very small amounts. It has a half life of 12.3 years. It can be used to age things just like C-14 is used. If I have an old bottle of olive oil that has 60% of the amount of tritium than that of a fresh bottle of olive oil, approx what age (in years, JUST give number) is the older bottle?
