McB Food Enterprise is a privately owned business which involves in producing soy sauce. A year ago, the company installed a new processing machine and since then has been demanded to pay penalty charges by TNB for operating at low power factor. The company is connected to a three phase supply to its resistive and inductive loads. On normal operation day, the measurements recorded is as shown in Figure 3.
