Mr. X, 47-year-old man comes to the Emergency Unit after a
sudden onset of severe abdominal pain and an episode of
hematemesis. He looks anxious and restless. On examination, blood
pressure - 90/62 mmHg and pulse – 112 per min. The abdomen is rigid
with marked guarding. Discuss how you are going to prioritize
