Buffer thiosulfate solution - 5 mL of Imolar Sodium thiosulfate Hdd distilled water to 250 mL mark. Peroxide Solution 30 mL of peroxide. Add distilled water to 150mL mark. Add 40mL of lodide solution to each flask. Add 10mL of thiosulfate to flasks 1,2,3. Add SmL of thiosulfate to flask 4. Add 10 mL of distilled water to flask 1. Add 20 mL of distilled water to flask 2. NO distilled water in flask 3. Add 5 mL of distilled water to flask 4. Solution I gets 20mL of peroxide solution. Flask #1 took 9min. and 47 sec. to turn blue Solution 2 gets 10mL of peroxide Solution. flask #2 took 18min. and Ssec. to turn blue Solution 4 gets 30mL of peroxide solution and goes into an ice bath. Solution 3 gets 30mL of peroxide solution Flask #3 Yook 6min. and 59 sec. to turn blue Flask #4 took 21 min. and 56 sec. to turn blue. Temp. 3°C 1,2,3 temp. 23°C
