Question #1: In the Debate that we held in our Course
Session, we examined the role, responsibility and accountability of
two main Stakeholders: Non Profit Organizations, National
Governments, and. Business (Corporations), and the Individual in
Society are also important Stakeholders.
Please answer the following five parts:
There are Four Parts to this question (for full marks, please
answer each Part):
Examine one Stakeholder and explain why they play a role, have
responsibility, and should be accountable in this action against
Climate Change and sustainability.
Identify a ‘Leader’ within your chosen Stakeholder. What is
important about having Leaders in each area? What are two
attributes does your Leader display?
Choose the Stakeholder that you believe to play the largest
role, have the most responsible and must be held accountable.
Explain why.
Explain how the United Nations, an intergovernmental
organization, has increased its international reputation in
the work it has done for helping all Stakeholders to be responsible
in meeting different targets through the Sustainable Development
Goals and the Paris Agreement. Choose one SDG and discuss it in
detail, and its importance for humankind and our one shared
Earth.
