The name of the proposed system is Classroom Booking System. In the university we need room for different club activities, extra classes, seminars and so on. So, we need to book room. Using this proposed system, only authorized students/faculties/ staffs can easily book a room. One person can book one room at a particular time. For multiple rooms booking request at the same time the person requires Admin's approval to confirm his/her booking. The room can be booked for predefined time slots in the system. The person can search the room with the required room capacity, date and time slot. The room will be booked with the person's id and the system will provide a confirmation message to the person. The person can see the current status of all the rooms (which rooms are already booked and which are available). So, to be authorized the person have to register into the system with their current credentials. The authorized person will log in with their id and password and then they will be able to book the room. The person can also cancel room booking if they want. The admin of the system will always update the room status. Admin also have to be registered into the system. Find out the functional requirements and entities of the above system then draw the context level DFD and Level 1 DFD for the system.

In the university, we need different types of rooms for different purposes other than regular classes, for example, to conduct club activities, extra classes, seminars. Therefore, we need to book room. Using this system, only authorized person (student/faculty) can book room. To be authorized, a person needs to create an account with his/her ID and email address in the system which will be verified by the admin of the system. One person can book only one room at a time. The room can be booked for a particular time slot. The user can see all the available rooms with time slots. The system must show the room capacity and other facilities (internet, projector, computer etc.) so that the user can book the room according to the requirements. The room booking will be confirmed sending an auto generated email to the user. If needed the user can also cancel the booking. Admin of the system can also book and cancel rooms if requires. Produce a level 1 data flow diagram, class diagram and an activity diagram to represent the above Classroom Booking System.
