QUESTION 4- (30 Marks) Using the PING utility, PC1 would like to check the status of PC5. The IP address and subnet mask of PC1 and PC5 is given in the table below. PC1 PC5 Section C: OSI Layer - 30 Marks IP Address 172.16.1.10 172.16.2.10 Subnet Mask 255.255.255.0 255.255.255.0 Describe the data transmission from PC1 to PC5 using the OSI model. You may utilise Figure 2 below to discuss the data transmission from PC1 to PC5. Focus your discussions primarily on the five layers of OSI model (if applicable), which are Application layer, Transport layer, Network layer, Data Link layer and Physical layer. Your discussion should include only the transmission from PC1to PC5. Important information that should be included in your discussions, including but not limited to: Protocol Data Unit at each of the layers Encapsulation and Decapsulation process at each of the layers for each of the devices The Source/Destination IP address, Source/Destination Port, Source/Destination MAC address, Transport Layer Protocol, and any relevant information at each of the nodes should be clearly identified if available. Note: For the information that is not given in this question (e.g.. MAC address), you may assign the information on your own.
