Healthcare Technology As a result of advancements in healthcare technology, the healthcare sector has altered its approach of providing various services. Technology has made it possible to do things more easily and quickly. Hence, the healthcare system must improve their patient communication processes to capture the attention of this fast-paced generation. Daily, many sick people physically visit health centers, clinics, and hospitals for different treatments These visits result in some issues, including human congestion, large volume of patients, long waiting period, and delayed attention from the physicians and other medical workers. Research suggested that introduction of an Al technology can help address these problems.
