The equivalent circuit of a 50 Hz, two-winding transformer is shown in Figure 2. Its turns ratio n is 2.5 referred to the secondary side. The terminal voltage on the primary side is v₁(t) = 90sin(2mft) V and the current on the secondary side is iz(t) = 8sin(2mft - 36.87°) A. The transformer impedances referred to the primary side are Rc=1100, XM= 450, Xe1 = 0.40 and Ret = 0.250. Determine the terminal voltage on the secondary side vz(t) and voltage regulation. What does the calculated voltage regulation indicate? (10 markah / marks)
