2. Medlin Construction has bought a large property for investment purposes on the fringe of the suburbs to develop a golf and wildlife estate. The site has dolomite, consist of rare endemic plants and a stream that runs closer to the development area. The proposed development will gain access from the National Road bordering the site and they want to build a small shopping centre with a filling station at the entrance to the development.
