A record turntable, that is free to coast without friction, has a moment of inertia
about its axis of 6(I0) where l0 is the moment of inertia of one of the records that it plays.
Initially the turntable is rotating without friction at 45 rev/min with no records on it. Then two (2) records fall without any inital spin onto the turntable. Friction between the records and turntable causes the records to come to the same final angular speed as the turntable. What is this angular speed?
