You will be diluting the 6% stock solution 1/2, 1/4,1/10, 1/20,1/100 to determine the appropriate concentration for use. Prepare afinal volume between 5-10mL for each concentration
You will also just have one tube of sterile water representing0% disinfectant. This tube is representing 100% cell viability asthere is no disinfectant.
Please provide full dilution scheme with diagrams and volumesrequired.
