Research Question: Dr. Brennan has just finished data collectionfor study investigating the factors that cause people to be more orless attached to a group. In this particular study, she askedfemale participants to read about a hypothetical sorority and thenrate how much they would like to be a part of thissorority. Dr. Brennan led participants to believe that thetype of sorority was either exclusive (relativelydifficult to become a member) or inclusive (relatively easy tobecome a member).
