As shown in figure p6-71, water enters a fountain in a vertical
direction with a flow rate of 10L/s continuously. both water jets
are 1.2 cm in diameter. Neglecting all frictional effects,
calculate (a) the rotational speed of the sprinkler in rpm and (b)
the torque required to keep the sprinkler from turning.
