A 73 years old patient was admitted with complaints of a tumor-like lump in the left mammary gland, skin ulceration over the lump, left arm swelling, pain in the lumbar region. Examination: In the upper-outer quadrant of the left breast, a lump with a diameter of six cm is determined, motionless, with indistinct tuberous contours, with ulceration a diameter of five cm. In the left axillary region, a motionless conglomerate of lymph nodes 5x3x3 cm is palpated.
