A 33-year-old academic staff member suddenly started shouting and talking to his dead grandfather while giving a lecture. While he was being taken to the hospital, he began to breathe forcefully, then had a seizure and fell into a coma. ECG results show bradycardia. lab results; blood pressure 100/60 mmHg, glucose 100 mg/dl (normal), Na+ 124 mmol/L, K+ 4.2 mmol/L, CI- 99 mmol/L, ALP 149 U/L, AST 93 U/L, ALT 19U/L, LDH 846 U/L, total protein 5.9 g/dl, albumin 3.2 g/dl, urea 45 mg/dl, creatinine 0.7 mg/dl, Ca+29.3 mg/dl. According to the disease-file, our patient had depression and social phobia. Records show that he filled the medicine 2 days before this event. The patient recovered and was discharged within 2 days.
