Sharon is undergoing a facelift operation when the knife slips causing a deep gash that later forms a large facial scar. The contract that was signed by Sharon prior to the operation had the following clause "In undertaking this operation Dr Feelgood will not be liable for any negligence nor will he be liable for any breach of any term, either express or implied that forms part of this contract" Sharon seeks your advice as to whether there is any legal remedy that she may pursue against Dr Feelgood
