Atlas-Air, a refrigeration, heating, and air-conditioning company located in Honeydew, Johannesburg, is specialised in the supply, fitment, innovation and maintenance of air-conditioning, refrigeration, and domestic heat pump systems. Currently the company's staff is overloaded with design work and company operates 7 days a week. There is a major design project due 8 weeks. The penalty for completing the design late is R1500.00 per day since any delay will cause the facility to open later than anticipated and cost the client significant revenue. If the company uses its inside engineers to complete the design, it will have to pay them overtime for all work.
