1B. Since this is a government "by the people" we
have collectively chosen our representatives. Are we a "just"
people? Or is justice just for some? If 8 states refuse to
shelter in place and the COVID19 pandemic is prolonged for all the
country, is that fair? Are justice and fairness the same thing or
different? If yes, how? If no, explain.
