Jack is an engineering graduate and his speciality is on drone
technologies. Today the technology for autonomous flying drones is
very mature; flying drones can be put into commercial services in a
safe and reliable way and in many Western countries, flying drones
are already used to supplement or replace deliveries by humans.
However, in Hong Kong, delivery by drones has not been approved as
yet. Due to the restrictions and social distancing measures imposed
by government to combat Covid-19, Jack believes there is an
enormous potential to deploy autonomous flying drones for delivery
services in Hong Kong hence he is actively planning to start a new
business on this venture. Jack has never started a company before
and he only has limited funds/capital. Now answer all of the
