(1) You are hired to assess the smoking levels at a majorcorporation. You are asked to assess if the difference between theproportion of non-smokers (Pns) and smokers (Pns) for thiscorporation is different that the CDC 2020 reported difference of75%. That is, Pns−Ps=0.75.
(2) Once you have completed the previous test, you asked toassess if there is a difference in the levels of smoking among theemployees that smoke. The levels are: heavy smoker, moderatesmoker, occasional smoker.
