please explain A cytosolic protein was found to be soluble in hexane (a nonpolar solvent). This protein was monomeric in the cytosol (an aqueous environment) but tetrameric in hexanes. Further analysis revealed that the overall tertiary structure between the cytosolic and hexanes forms were completely different. What's going on here?
