A 28-year-old-woman of Eastern European Jewish decent comes to the office 2 days after she noticed a lump in her left breast. Her maternal aunt and mother were diagnose with ovarian cancer at the age of 54 years and died at the age of 60 years; her maternal aunt and mother were diagnosed with breast cancer at the ages of 36 and 40 years, respectively.
