Two essential parameters that determine the efficiency of cellcapture on the CTC chip are (1) flow velocity because it influencesthe duration of cell–micro post-contact; and (2) shear force, whichmust be sufficiently low to ensure maximum cell–micro postattachment [1]. How can we improve the efficiency of this kindof chip?
