Phenotypically wild-type F1 female Drosophila, whose mothers hadmutant light eyes (lt) and fathers had mutant straw bristles (stw),produced the following offspring when crossed to double-mutantlight-straw males (assume all mutant genes are recessive):
Phenotype Number Observed light-straw 42 wild-type 38 light 970straw 950 Total: 2000
