Sizzle StoreSizzle Store offers a variety of shirts for everyday purchase and special occasion. Sizzle Store has 5 stores across the Caribbean and has been around for over 50 years. It has always depend on traditional marketing, but the 35 year old heir to the company is about to take over and wishes to incorporate digital marketing to ‘modernize’ its strategy to gain a younger customer base, while maintaining its mature customers.
Some Facts-Customer emails are optional for check out, when customers come to the store, so far some 350,000 customers-Customers can visit the website, which was built in 1990 to view some of the products, but have to visit the location to pay
-Most orders come via telephone, with some persons who walk in.-Its Facebook page was made in 2004, but its last post was made 3 years ago, with some 250 followers
