Mary works in the HIM department at Detroit MercyHospital. During her performance review, Mary tells hersupervisor, Steve, that she disagrees with the review. Steve tells her "too bad, if you don't like it, I'll acceptyour resignation right now". Mary refuses to sign theperformance review document, doesn't resign and leaves the meetingangry. When she gets home, she posts on Facebook: "Don't go to Mercy hospital. They treat their employees likecrap and cut corners to save money. Medical errors arerampant and it's an unsafe hospital".
