On December 31, 2020, BFAR Corp. has 5,000, 6% cumulative andnon-participating preference shares issued at PHP 100 per share and100,000 ordinary shares at PHP 120 per share. The board ofdirectors declared and paid dividends in 2020. There is no changein the issued shares for 2021. In 2021, PHP 125,000 of dividendsare declared and paid.
