In recent times your business has grown tremendously and you have realised the need to increase your workforce in order to meet consumer demands. You must report on the following. v Company & Product Description - Outline of the nature of the company, its historical background, its mission and goals, the products/services offered and more specifically an outline the need for staff in relation to the growth of the organization. v Environmental Analysis - Information about the company's current situation with respect to the marketing environment. Outline your target market and explain how this will impact the requirements you will utilize to carry out the recruitment process. v Situation Analysis -The situation analysis provides an outline of the recruitment candadate environment. Create a SWOT analysis. Outline what Strengths, Weakenesses etc you foresee while going through the recruitment process. v Recruiting Strategies - Outline at least three potential strategies that you would likely utilize to carry out the recruitment process. v Recruiting Implementation - This section should outline how the company will implement and achieve its outlined recruiting strategies.
