1. *Photocatalyst - effective catalyst for O-ATRP - derived from the modification of corresponding core chromophoric structures of phenothiazine, dihychophenazine, and phenoxazine. To further increase catalyst efficiency, with the basis from a catalyst on UV- visible-light absorption of the three photocatalysts, the researchers assessed the possibility of an O-ATRP catalyst framework learning towards the visible-light region as location of maximum absorption. - stronger light absorption = lowered catalyst loading
*Light Regulation, Kinetics, 2 and Block Polymer Synthesis -O-ATRP polymerization can be regulated by light - "LIGHT ON-OFF" Experiment was performed. - through this experiment, it has been observed that the presence of light irradiation enables the polymerization, while darkness (of even up to 12 hours) did not display presence of polymerization./ - Mention Chaim End Fidelity (refer to page 5) 3 *Polymerization at low ppm catalyst loading - decreasing the catalyst loading from 500 to 10 ppm, [refer to (Tab 1- pg 4), (Table 2- pg 6)], both photocatalysts 5a and 5d could maintain their catalytic efficiency, giving controlled polymerization with low dispersity. - mention how 10 ppm sunlight is suitable to drive the polymerization
