Situation:
You are working in Medical ward 2. Your patient, Ali 33 years old, was admitted
yesterday for Head trauma. He is on I.V. fluids. Mannitol started 4 hours ago. Ali
started to headache, dizziness, blurred vision, and loss of consciousness. You thought
that he is developing hypotension related to mannitol. Ali BP 80/50 mmHg, pulse
100/min.
