QUESTION 4 Figure Q4 shows a cutting machine used to cut two types of random products that are made of metal and non-metal material. A knife operated by a solenoid is used to cut the products. The knife has to be changed after cutting 100 pieces of metal products or 500 pieces of non-metal products. A blinking pilot light and an alarm horn will activate once the knife lifetime is reached. The operation of this machine is explained below: 1. The machine is operated once the Start pushbutton is pushed. 2. The conveyor will bring the product towards the knife. TWO (2) sensors are used to determine the product's material and count the accumulated number of each product. 3. Once the product activates Limit Switch 1, the conveyor stop then the knife cut the product. 4. The knife is then retracted to its rest position and the conveyor will activate again once Limit Switch 2 is activated. 5. The process is repeated until the lifetime of the knife is reached. Once reached, the whole process stop then the pilot light will blink and the alarm horn will activate continuously until a Reset pushbutton is push. The Reset pushbutton also reset the counters. Based on the system description above and the address of the field devices as defined in Figure Q4, construct a CQM1H-CPU21 OMRON PLC ladder diagram. (Assume the Stop pushbutton as a normally-close device while the rest of the input field devices as normally- open devices)
