However, the firm's owner Rayana, states that according to Abdullah's employment contract, he now has 20 days annual leave. Rayana says she will only give him the 20 days since he did not work for 10 days when he was sick with coronavirus last summer. Advise Abdullah (2.5 marks) Issue (3); Zahra is Abdullah's colleague. They do the same job, perform the same tasks, and have comparable experience and qualifications. Abdullah recently discovered that Rayana pays Zahra a third more than she pays Abdullah. In fact, Abdullah believes the women are being paid more than the men overall. Advise Abdullah (2.5 marks) Issue (4); Kuwait recently had a public holiday, To his disappointment, Abdullah was asked to work for its entirety, Rayana stated it was necessary and that the company has the right to make such a request.
