Vs R₂ VDD RD. CC₂ w Cci ia Q7 Vss 8= RL Vo For the circuit to the left, transistor Q7 has VTh = 0V, kn = 0.25 m, and λ = 0. Start with an assumption of saturation mode. The power supplies have VDD = +10 V and Vss=-10 V. The ideal current source sinks I = 0.75 mA. The resistors have resistances R₂ = 1.5 kn, RG = 110 kn, RD = 10kn, and RL = 55 kn. Capacitors Cc₁ and Cc2 have nearly infinite capacitance. Part (a): Find the MOSFET transconductance 9m using DC analysis. Part (b): Draw the small-signal equivalent circuit for this amplifier configuration. Part (c): Find Rin (the input resistance looking to the right of Cc1). Part (d): Find overall voltage gain G.
