Restore the SQLDatabase AdventureWorks2012 (fullbackup) located at one of the following locations:
Set up SQL Mirroring from one SQL Server to another (using SQLServer Management Studio is preferred over T-SQL for ease of usebut not required).
Configure a Witness Server (Use your existing Domain Controller)for automatic failover
