Suppose a hospital has reached its capacity to provide
ventilators and ecmo for COVID patients who require them. How
should the hospital proceed? Should age be a factor?
Comorbidities? Prognosis? Should one patient be taken
off a vent to accomodate another patient if the latter has greater
survivability? Should the decision be based on first come first
