Impact of immigration:
Hello i have learned that in the short run, immigration (so newlabor force) will be split between manufacturing and agricultureindustry, cause the MPL to go down in both industries and increasethe MPT and MPK in both industries. Also immigration will increaseoutput of both industries in the short run.
In the long run immigration (new labor) will go to laborintensive industry. why is this so? what changes from the short runto the long run? why is new labor not going to both industries inthe long run?
