Kevin is a car dealer and he advertised a few types of car forsale in a brochure. Sandy went toKevin’s store and ordered “Forth Generation Honda CR-V” car modelas advertised in thebrochure. Later, when Kevin delivered the car to Sandy, shediscovered that the car was adifferent model which is “Third Generation Honda CR-V”. By virtueof the Sale of Goods Act1957 and decided case laws, advise Sandy on whether she can refuseto accept the “ThirdGeneration Honda CR-V” car model.
