However, some have argued against this method due to the fact that they feel it places candidates who perhaps leam/understand differently at a disadvantage What are your thoughts on this argument? Do you think there may be times where a candidate may fall a test due to their learning methods, but are fully capable of carrying out the job functions? Do you think this is fair?
