ts tes s Calculate and submit the following items in your breakdown: 1. CY of concrete in the lower 2' of foundation (Octogon). 2. CY of concrete in one triangular pyramid (for help, see: http://www.basic- mathematics.com/volume-of-a-pyramid.html). This requires some tough visualization. 3. CY of concrete for all 4 triangular pyramids combined. 4. CY of concrete in the four outer-wedge shaped sections - 4' wedges 5. CY of Concrete in the center square - 4' section 6. CY of concrete in the upper circle (3' in height) 7. Total CY of concrete for the entire foundation. This answer can be double checked by the notes on the plans (rt side). 8.
