I'm looking for initial Position vector R0 and initial velocityvector V0 of QZSS.
I can find RV vector to Orbital Elements(RV2OE), but can't findthe way to get RV vector from OE.
I found the source code oe2rv, but I don't know how to do thatsequence.
OEs are here :
a = 42164km, e = 0.075, i = 43deg, RAAN = 195deg, AOP = 270deg,TA = 220deg.
can you show me the sequence to get R0, V0 vector?
