Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, there has been an increasing need for individuals and families to remain safe. The World Health Organization (WHO) and medical experts advise everyone to wash their hands regularly with soap and water, and apply alcohol-based hand sanitizers, which sanitizers help in killing any virus on your hands, and curb the spread of the virus. As a design engineer you have been asked to develop a simple yet effective embedded system to fight COVID-19 with hand sanitization. The system consists of STM32F103C6, two common cathode LEDs, LED1 and LED2 connected to PBO and PB1 respectively, two active low switches SW1 and SW2 connected to PA1 and PA2 respectively, and 16x2 LCD display.
