Now imagine the student sitting on the chair, feet off the ground, and holding the extinguisher as shown in figures (a) and (b). Assume a rotating chair with wheels and neglect friction (you are welcome to conduct this experiment yourself and upload a video that shows this effect or something similar but please be careful because chairs can tip over.
