i. For example: do not count any cell that is not completelywithin the field of view, do not count any cell that is too blurryor ambiguous to identify, etc.
ii. Cross-out or eliminate any cells that do not fit your ruleset.
3. Identify the phase of the cell cycle for each cell. Use thefollowing phases only: Interphase (G0, G1, S, or G2), Prophase,Pro-Metaphase, Metaphase, Anaphase, and Telophase/Cytokinesis.
4. Count the total number of cells that you observed. 5. Createa table and record your data. Calculate the percentage of cells ineach phase of the cell cycle. Order the phases from shortest tolongest.
